We are thrilled to announce that, once again, Legacy.com earned a silver medal for Customer Service Department of the Year at the 14th annual Stevie Awards.  

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The 2020 award marks Legacy’s third consecutive silver win in that category. 

Legacy’s senior marketing writer, Tracie Martin, and assistant support & solutions manager, Linda Terry, accepted the award at a gala banquet on Friday, February 28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As a company that serves people dealing with end-of-life issues, Legacy has long been built around a customer service experience that centers empathy and humanity. For each of the record-setting 100K+ inquiries we received in 2019, our team took seriously our responsibility to provide compassionate, personal service.

From the calls we answer, the entries we screen, to the extra miles we go to make an extremely difficult time a little bit easier—we are there when families and our business partners need us most, and it matters.
