We are always looking for new ways to improve and enhance your obituary site. In January, we began testing a streamlined version of the Next Generation Obituary that emphasizes the features that visitors need most: sending flowers, signing the Guest Book, and sharing with family and friends.
Updates in this test include:
- Focused CTAs
- Optimized fonts
- Streamlined social-share options
We’re pleased to announce that Initial test results are promising, with a 36% increase in email shares and a 13% increase in social shares.
Because of the positive user experience and improved interactions, we are expanding the test design to even more affiliates. As with our current effort to optimize the obituary homepage, we will be monitoring test results closely to ensure the best experience.
