Our customer service team members Will Hayes and Linda Perry were on hand to accept the award in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Stevie’s® recognize achievements of sales, customer service, and call center professionals from organizations worldwide. Customer service has been the heart of our company since Legacy was founded in 1998, so we are particularly proud to improve over our 2016 bronze award in the same category.
Our company was built on compassionate service. Most of the time, customers are reaching out to us during an incredibly hard time in their life, after the death of a loved one, and it’s our job to make those hard times a little bit easier.

It’s a responsibility we take seriously. In 2017, our customer service team answered over 90,000 inquiries and screened over 12 million Guest Book entries.
